OUR PROJECTS FOR UNDERSERVED TEACHERS AND STUDENTS 

THE AREAS OF FOCUS FOR TEACHERS AND STUDENTS INCLUDE:

STUDENTS ACADEMICS; The foundation will make notebooks and textbooks available to students as well as to libraries on its beneficiaries list. 

INFRASTRUCTURAL COMFORT: Renovation of schools, classrooms and provision of seating comfort where applicable. Build libraries where necessary.

HEALTH: Periodic feeding of students, (some students go to school on an empty stomach and there are reported cases of students collapsing as a result) provision of multivitamins and providing access to professional medical help where necessary.

HYGIENE: Access to potable drinking water and for washing hands, toilet sanitation.

Challenging the CSR of reputable organizations to set aside reasonable funds for education and less on the promotion of entertainment which have no positive/durable impact on the children. To revive the reading culture of students in our locality then beyond, to also equip budding writers with the wherewithal to enable them get published.

TEACHERS Welfare packages will be made available to teachers where necessary to encourage their career. The foundation will organize seminars and workshops to sensitize students and teachers on the importance of education and be relentless in enabling them see that education is a weapon for the refining of the intelligence quotient as well as the will and emotion. The Foundation serves to boost the self esteem of its beneficiaries and to make them know that they're not alone. To set up libraries in Orphanage homes... From its third year anniversary, the Foundation hopes to set up an annual provision of tertiary scholarship for 10 best graduating senior secondary students from its beneficiary circle of influence.

WHAT WE WILL NOT DO: Plant A Book Tree will not be bias in the spread of love and support to its beneficiaries. The Foundation is geared towards the upkeep of students and teachers irrespective of their background; Religion, Tribe, Race, Gender, etc.

ACADEMIC YEAR PROJECTS OF PLANT A BOOK TREE FOUNDATION BEGINNING WITH THE 2023-2024 ACADEMIC YEAR.

NOTEBOOKS:10,000 COPIES OF 60 LEAVES NOTEBOOKS FOR SENIOR SECONDARY STUDENTS(PER TERM), THIS WILL CATER TO 2000 STUDENTS.

EACH STUDENT IS ELIGIBLE FOR 5 COPIES OF NOTEBOOKS. STIPENDS FOR 2400 TEACHERS, 200 TEACHERS PER MONTH(N10, 000 EACH).

FREE UNIFORMS FOR 5000 STUDENTS(PER ACADEMIC YEAR).

SCHOOL SHOES AND BAGS FOR 5000 STUDENTS(PER ACADEMIC YEAR).

DONATION OF 20,000 COPIES OF FANTASTIC LINES OF WISDOM TO SECONDARY/TERTIARY STUDENTS AND LIBRARIES.

PATRON'S STAMP OF RECOGNITION WILL BE ON ALL COPIES FUNDED.

3000 3 SEATER DESKS AND CHAIRS FOR SCHOOLS THAT LACK FURNITURE.

FREE SANITARY TOWELS FOR FEMALE STUDENTS (5000 PACKS).

FREE SNACKS(4 TIMES A MONTH TO 10,000 STUDENTS SPREAD ACROSS 20 SCHOOLS, 5 SCHOOLS PER WEEK).

FREE ACCESS TO MEDICAL CHECKUP AS DEMANDED.

SETTING UP OF LIBRARIES OR STOCKING ALREADY SET UP LIBRARIES WITH RELEVANT TEXTBOOKS.

QUARTERLY SKILL ACQUISITION PROGRAMS IN TECH, PHOTOGRAPHY, BAKING, SHOE AND BAG MAKING.
